Based on Zero2IPO’s continuous day-to-day tracking since 2000, ZDB data, by Oct 2009, now covers the following information:

ZDB data draws its sources mainly from the following channels:

1) Questionnaire surveys conducted on a regular basis and multiple crosschecks. We keep a close and effective communication with investment institutions active in China, send out formal questionnaires on a regular basis to ensure accuracy with first-hand information, and compare information from multiple sources two or three times for verification.

2) Up-to-date telephone surveys.

3) Information disclosed by authoritative media. Our analysts also verify the data and follow up to confirm it shortly after all media disclosures.
A ZDB team consisting of nearly 30 professional researchers updates the data on a day-to-day basis to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and reliability of the databases.

Zero2IPO research reports are classified into quarterly reports and annual reports. These reports focus on sector statistics and trend summaries, with specific cases available for disclosure in the given quarter ; Zero2IPO directories are updated on an annual basis and mainly contain fund information of investment institutions, such as their capital amount, field and phase of investment, contact information, management teams, investment cases, etc. ZDB is an online database solution, from which you can easily obtain authoritative, accurate, and up-to-date sector data and analyses through a simple but quick customized search.

The main difference lies in the information content. The demo version only displays part of the data, while the official version provides all data available and is more user friendly in terms of page display and account management.

ZDB official version can support online operation by 5 or more users with their own accounts under a super account, whereas the demo version, for the time being, does not support simultaneous online use by multiple users.

Considering that databases are closely related to each other, for the time being we only provide users with access to all databases.
